سنة الله في الظالمين

إن الأحداث الجارية على مستوى العالم من بطش وإيذاء وقتل وتشريد، وسجن وتعذيب أحد أنواع الظلم التي حرمها الله تعالى في كتابه والرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في سنته، ومعظم من يقع عليه هذا النوع من الظلم للأسف مسلمون، وبعض من يقوم بهذا الظلم مسلمون. ويؤسفني أن بعض الجاهلين بالإسلام وسنة الله تعالى في الظالمين والمظلومين يحاججون المسلمين جهلا بسؤال خاطئ بداية. لو كان هؤلاء مسلمين حقا ما عذبه الله ولا وقع الظلم عليهم؟ ويضعون سؤالا آخر عجيبا أفضلهم أدبا في عرضه للسؤال يقول لماذا يترك الله الظالمين يعيثون في الأرض فسادا دون رادع؟
What is going on in this world of killing one another and transgressing others are some of the kinds of the transgression which Allah had forbidden in His book (Quran) and the prophet (SAW) had forbidden in his Sunna. Most of those who are oppressed in this era are Muslims and some of those who are committing the oppression are Muslims. Some ignorant Muslims say; “if those who are oppressed are beloved to Allah they will never be oppressed?" also they say: (why Allah doesn’t punish or destroy the oppressors on earth?).
خطبتي اليوم عن سنة الله تعالى في المسلمين والظالمين إجابة عن هذين السؤالين العجيبين والذين لا يجب أن يصدرا من مسلمين يفهمون كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم. لكنني أذكر المسلمين أننا في بداية شهر من الأشهر الحرم شهر ذي القعدة الذي حرم الله فيه الظلم بين المسلمين، يقول الله تعالى في القرآن الكريم في سورة التوبة (إِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِندَ اللّهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِي كِتَابِ اللّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَات وَالأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ ذَلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ فَلاَ تَظْلِمُواْ فِيهِنَّ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَقَاتِلُواْ الْمُشْرِكِينَ كَآفَّةً كَمَا يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ كَآفَّةً وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ) 9-36.
In today’s Khutba I’m going to answer these two questions which shouldn’t come from any Muslim who understand the book of Allah and the Sunna of the prophet (SAW). But I have to remind every Muslim that we already started one of the four sacred months (dhol-Qieda) which Allah forbade us to transgress one another during them. Allah (SWT) says: (Verily, the number of months with Allah is twelve months (in a year), so was it ordained by Allah on the Day when He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are Sacred, (i.e. the 1st, the 7th, the 11th and the 12th months of the Islamic calendar). That is the right religion, so wrong not yourselves therein, and fight against the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) collectively, as they fight against you collectively. But know that Allah is with those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2).
1- إجابة عن السؤال الأول وهو لو كان المسلمون المعذبون بشتى أنواع العذاب الذي يتعرضون له على مستوى العالم الآن مرضيا عنهم من الله لم يعذبهم. سأكتفي بآيتين من كتاب الله تعالى فيها الرد كل الرد. قال تعالى (أَحَسِبَ النَّاسُ أَن يُتْرَكُوا أَن يَقُولُوا آمَنَّا وَهُمْ لَا يُفْتَنُونَ، وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْكَاذِبِينَ) العنكبوت 29-2-3.
1-Allah had answered this question in two verses of the Quran. (Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: "We believe," and will not be tested. And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allah will certainly make (it) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (it) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars, (although Allah knows all that before putting them to test). So we understand it is a test of Allah.
2- إجابة عن السؤال الثاني. وهو لماذا لا يردع الظالمين ويتركهم يعيثون في الأرض فسادا. فإن الله تعالى يبتلي الناس ببعضهم لكنه يمهل للظالم لعله يتوب، ويتركه يعبث ليؤجر المؤمن في الدنيا. وهذه الأسلة ما ينبغي لمسلم واع أن يطرفها فضلا عن أن يقولها شماتة في تعذيب المسلمين. لكن لله تعالى في الظالمين سنن لابد أن نبينها.
2- Why Allah doesn’t destroy the oppressors?
Also it is a test for them and to give them a chance to return to the right way.
سنة الله في الظالمين.
1- الله لا يحب الظالمين. قال تعالى (والله لا يحب الظالمين).
The ways of Allah with the oppressors:
1- Allah dislikes the transgressors.
2- إن الله حرم الظلم على نفسه في الحديث القدسي. (يا عبادي إني حرمت الظلم على نفسي وجعلته بينكم محرما ، فلا تظالموا).
¬2- Allah has made the oppression forbidden on Him and have made it unlawful among His servants, thus, do not oppress one another.
3- نهى الله تعالى عن الركون إلى الظالمين وإلا عذبنا الله. قال تعالى: (ولا تركنوا إلى الذين ظلموا فتمسكم النار)
3- Allah (SWT) forbids us to incline to those who oppress, lest the fire of the hereafter touches us.
4- قد يعجل الله للظالم عقابه في الدنيا ولو كان مسلما مع ما ينتظره من عذاب يوم القيامة. قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (ما من ذنب أجدر أن يعجل الله العقوبة لصاحبه في الدنيا مع ما ينتظره يوم القيامة من البغي وقطيعة الرحم).
4- It might that Allah punishes the oppressors in this life before the hereafter as the prophet (SAW) says in the authentic Hadith: (there are two sins cause Allah to punish whoever commits them in this life with another punishment in the hereafter: “the oppression, and cutting the relationship with relatives).
5- قد يؤخر الله للظالم عقوبته إلى يوم القيامة. قال تعالى: (وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ اللّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الأَبْصَارُ) إبراهيم 14-42.
5- Sometimes, Allah (SWT) delays the punishment till the Day of Judgment. (Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) do, but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror.).
6- قد يترك الله تعالى الظالم ويمد له في قوته وفي عمره وفي ماله لعله يتوب أو يرجع أو يكثر من إجرامه وظلمه فيستحق أمدا طويلا في النار. قال تعالى: (قُلْ مَن كَانَ فِي الضَّلَالَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ لَهُ الرَّحْمَنُ مَدًّا حَتَّى إِذَا رَأَوْا مَا يُوعَدُونَ إِمَّا الْعَذَابَ وَإِمَّا السَّاعَةَ فَسَيَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ شَرٌّ مَّكَانًا وَأَضْعَفُ جُندًا) مريم 19-95. وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (إن الله ليملي للظالم حتى يأخذه فإذا أخذه فإن أخذه أليم شديد).
6- Sometimes Allah (SWT) extend for the oppressors in their wealth and lives for two reasons; either to repent or two gain more sins as Allah (SWT) says: (Say (O Muhammad SAW) whoever is in error, the Most Beneficent (Allah) will extend (the rope) to him, until, when they see that which they were promised, either the torment or the Hour, they will come to know who is worst in position, and who is weaker in forces. [This is the answer for the Verse No.19:73]
دروس من الخطبة.
1- بشاعة الظلم وشدة حرمته ولو لم يكن بهذه الدرجة ما حرمه الله على نفسه.
Lessons
1- The ugliness of the injustice and how bad it is, and if it is not ugly and evil, Allah will never forbid it on Himself.
2- إياك أن تميل برأيك مع ظالم فالمشارك للظالم بأي كلمة أو حتى ميل إلى هوى الظالم ظلم. كما قال صلى الله عليه وسلم في حديث ابن مسعود الصحيح عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (إذا عمل في الأرض خطيئة، فمن حضرها فأنكرها كان كمن غاب عنها، ومن غاب عنها فرضيها كان كمن شهدها).
2- Do not incline to those who oppress others or Allah will punish you in the hellfire. As the prophet (SAW) says: (when the sin is committed on earth, so whoever attends it and denies it Allah will treat him as if he did not witness it, and whoever did not attend but he accepted this sin Allah will treat him as if he committed it).
3- نهى الله تعالى عن الظلم وخاصة قتل الناس بدون وجه حق في الأشهر الحرم ونحن في شهر حرام الحسنة فيه مضاعفة والسيئة فيه مضاعفة. وكلنا يفهم تضعيف الحسنة أما كيف تضاعف السيئة في هذا الشهر مع قوله تعالى: (وجزاء سيئة سيئة مثلها)؟ فالسيئة واحدة باعتبار فعلها، وتضاف إليها سيئة أخرى لأنك خالفت في الشهر الحرام فتلك سيئتان، ولو تسببت في نقل تلك السيئة إلى شخص آخر فتلك سيئة ثالثة، فلا تكثر من السيئات ولا تستصغرها فإنها تأكل من حسناتك.
3- Allah forbade us to oppress one another especially during the sacred months because Allah multiplies good deeds during them and bad deeds too. Bad deeds are doubled because you commit the sin and there is another sin when you commit it during the sacred month and if you invite another person to your sin is the third sin. So try to reduce your sins as best as you can because your sins reduce your good deeds. .
4- أكثروا من الطاعات في هذه الثلاثة أشهر وأكثروا من الدعاء عسى الله أن يفرج كرب الأمة.
4- Do a lot of good deeds during these coming three months and ask Allah a lot to help Muslims everywhere and protect those who are oppressed from the transgressors.
